another go at it

some things I've been kicking around with a really gifted animator friend who's interested in a comics collab. Still working out what the story and layouts are going to look like (his forte, my vice), so this is sort of starting material. I feel like I'm constantly mired in this creative phase though and never progress forward. I suppose I lack the tenacity, drive, and creative clarity of, say, a bazooka boy saga. But on the other hand, having a physical person here to give me a stern talking to and a good amount of finished work under his belt gives me confidence that this might not end up arrested in the same nascent phase as "adventure island". mayhaps this cooperative effort shall yield sweeter fruit? More deets on the story as it develops later. Suffice it to say that for now it revolves around a Middle Eastern styled society and internal rebellion and espionage.
