finishing stroke

finished construction final! woohoo! the jacket took the longest to make -- darn lining is like making a whole second jacket! pretty pleased with the result in context of the assignment (the wool plaid though...*shudder*)

back of the look

dyed red undershirt. the red came out a little undersaturated through the dye process, but looks a bit bolder with the plaid pants. a shame you can't see the shuriken seams on the cuffs and hem with all that draping fabric...

one of my group partner's - fay - finished look. striped knit hoodie, with a floral dyed twist shirt. the pants are matched seams (not layered).

fay's second color option for her look. this was her personal choice for the coloring (the first being the instructor's choice). creates a plaid suit effect, but with the accenting of the white sleeves and striped shirt.

detail of fay's striped shirt. she did an awesome job with the v-neck and matching the stripes across the center back!
