certainly a much more intricate and dare I say interesting look than most A+F wear. Forsooth, t'would make me very happy if mall kids were interested in sporting threads with context and character like this
Your menswear has a lot more variation in textures and general features than most vanilla retail items...would this ever be a problem for their manufacturing costs?
Best of luck on the submission!! Did you ever send into Levis as well?
I want the red jacket. I'll model it for you for free if you give me one haha
Then again, I think I'd auto get disqualified for being a little too dark for A&F
Also just noticed that my comments are no where near as involved as Mel's....
quite a weighty pair of poignant observations you made there ivan. masterfully maneuvering your way around the issues and really letting your comments spring forth with uninhibited candor!
on a cereal note, it's been 2 weeks and no word back (they said they'd respond in a week, to a week and a half), so it seems like there must've indeed been some problems with those production costs... oh well, a good resume/interviewing experience and another summer in san fran! whoop whoop!
