1st homework assignment from my summer applied textiles class: this took care of the "interlock" process. what's interlock you ask? well, it's when two colors meet at a boundary (in this case, the yellow bg and red lettering). this was the logo i came up with for one of my rec soccer teams -- los niƱos.
2nd homework assignment: this was for "overlapping." the guy's supposed to be bobby deniro from "heat" (yelling @ val kilmer to "gooooooooooo!") but i forgot his lame-o goatee. the process was flesh-tone, black, and then i tried to mimic the aviator gradient with...passable results.
this was from reference (mmm...4chan) and done in colored pencils, regular pencil, marker and a gold gelli roll. ...i think she might secretly be dolichocephalic
lastly, we had a bunch of girls over for my roomie's 21st birthday. the next morning afforded me PLENTY of pervy sketch time.

woof that deniro is on a textile? Badass! Oh fabric technology via Dave, you do not disappoint
And you know I do adore your logo designs (esp of the euro sporting vein), this one is no exception. I must say that I would list it at the top of your multitude of skillz. Why it just CRIES OUT to be jersey-ed!
4-chan huh? I usually don't miss the interwebs trend boats, but I really whiffed on this one. apparently everyone knew about this one but me. Not so for 'dolicephalic', I happily expanded my lexicon on this one.
pervy sketch? I like to think of it as a classic throwback to works of fine art
