put up a few cosmetic adjustments to the site (white bg to go with the hacka-banner, which has been sadly underused since the advent of the minimalist black bg)...what say you? (ps my question mark key mysteriously died recently. Every such interrogative mark i make is cut and pasted *sigh*)

just some crumbs from recent stuff
more spartoi with color process

....hmmm what to do with the wolvy bg
it feels so muddled in the background, and what to do with his other claw!

change! marvelous, beauteous change! i like it mel. the black was getting a bit...morose, the white has added some vitality, and somehow seemed to fix the image-arrangement problems. bully show!

spartoi're looking good. i'm noticing the strong coda influence -- jim lee would be proud! the logan pic is coming along, the digital colors blend into your pencil-hatching giving an excellent sense of volume and texture (dem's some manly chest hairs).

big fan of your satyr/coffee progress as well. the color from the colored pencil sketches really comes to life when you add the digital assists. for the longest while i was thinking you had isolated pencil sections and tweaked their hues on the computer. uh, but why do all that when you can just use color in the beginning?! *sigh* mel, you make it seem so easy. ...must be all those cups o' joe.

figures as usual are damn fine. one thing about the girl with the katana (of which i'm sure you're aware) -- her hand holding the hilt is a bit off. you're making substantial progress on figures' weight: the sitting man with his head in his hands really conveys his bulky mass.

ps. i enjoyed clicking on your question marks to address such intriguing queries as: "How do you measure if a transformer is functional without applying voltage?
-- The short answer is you can't."
