finally, some designs

after a bit of a school-induced hiatus, here's my final project for my design class. we could choose any theme we wanted -- i went with "immigration" as a means of exploring the city and allowing some personal catharsis as well. the "mood board" features fabric swatches for color reference as well as setting the tone for the collection. it's intended as fall/winter with no particular age demographic. the flat designs were quite fun to do (i was one of the three kids in class who knew illustrator), so much so in fact that i threw in the back views of the garments for shits and giggles.

O I must say that last coat is quite dashing, and i'm glad you threw in the back views since you have some pretty key details put up in there (the folds on the back of the button-downs for instance).
Were the adjacent pictures shown via le Facebook yours as well? Dig the photomosaic--way to school that new media.

Any key finds in your urban adventure?

Sorry I've been a little absent as well, times are getting pretty exciting in lab. I'll prep up a new update with arts sometime soon, I promise!
