My friend's got a bunch of photos up on flickr....I tried out a quicky jubilee thrown together the morning of
but i'll be darned if i didn't see a little malice too that previous night!

but ohhh my there were some lovely ladies out at that there dragon con....i would highly recommend scanning through some of my friend's shots!

holy crap! i thought the con was the be-all to end-all in cosplay fashion, but i'll be gosh darned if those aren't some of the most detailed costumes i've seen (the guyver?! whot whot!)!

was this the masquerade or just people floating around the floor?! between the doc ock tentacles, dueling monarchs, jailbait hermione and...are those girls punishing a delightfully naughty malice?! good thing you got a shiny new blade to deal out swift vengeance! common now girls, can't you just kiss and make up?

heh heh, and ivan seems pretty excited showing ace and gary his cartwheel skills...or is that called a wheelbarrow? ;D

oh man that guyver was a-MAZ-ing! you can't see it in the pictures but he had another costume with two front panels on the chest that opened to reveal some industrial strength LED's!

it was mostly just people floating aboot the floor...dragon con is more about consumer culture sci-fi/fantasy fair (read: lots of zombies, ren-faire types, goth girls, and anime kids) vs. the Comicon which is more artist and creator driven (fewer people in costume, more artists!)

Personally I prefer the Con, but maybe it's a bias due to early imprinting or just fine company :D
