january's been a productive month so far. came up with these fliers for the band guava belly (featuring two soon-to-be phds from scripps), who're putting on a show this wednesday. everyone's invited! sent these out over the weekend, and still no word back from the boys, so i can't say what the final choice was (color-wise). a critique i noticed though...pink? really?

I really like the inking style...were you going for an Art Adams look perchance?
On a normal basis I'm a bit averse to pink, but I do think it looks good here and complements the illustrated lass quite well
might be kind of neat if you could make the guava "pop" more by blurring the girl via PS
